Agent Carter’s ratings have hit their stable point. This week the coveted 18-49 demographic saw an increase rising to 1.4 (up from 1.3 last week) taking out the second position in the hour next to NCSI: New Orleans.

Good news. And I think it’s also important to recognize that for a short, mid-winter series against established programming and with things like the state of the union, along with JUSTIFIED criticism of the ahistorical and frankly jarring whiteness driving viewers away, Agent Carter has done very well.
It’s also vital to look at what has changed: since Iron Ceiling, it’s not failing on race quite so hard, the effort is being made (no, it shouldn’t BE an effort, but I think we all get defaults as an issue.) Last night continued the trend of visible representation and that is exciting.
